excellent and very varied food, very spacious, beautiful, green and well-kept complex with several pools, short distance to the beach, comfortable beds with many pillows, coffee/tea station in the room, everything very clean, pleasant smell in the public...

Large buffet selection, extremely friendly staff. The complex is spacious and at least at this time of the year you can always find a quiet place somewhere (without total sound by the animation).
There was almost the same every day with the food and meat and fish were definitely fried to death. It lacked a little sophistication.

New and quiet rooms with stunning ocean views, a clean pool, and a perfect location next to a beautiful beach and gardens in the sunny destination for the majority of the year.

Very nice complex with friendly staff. The food was varied and of good quality. In the pool area there are always enough sun beds. Good animation and Andean program.

I found the hotel and it's facilities stunning I.E. the pool, the main hotel and smaller buildings were lovely. The room was also very lovely and comfortable.
There are two things I feel I need to bring to your attention: (1) The activities are advertised on the boards for certain times yet they either take place an hour later, later in the day or not at all. On Saturday there was supposed to be waterpolo at around 11am but it only got going at 12:15 with a deflated ball. Watervolleyball was supposed to be at 12 but they only put the net up at 3pm while they were also getting ready for table tennis. Then they took the water volleyball net down after the table tennis saying that they only have the deflated ball. There is a shop at the bottom of the resourt which is just 100 meters away with all kinds of good quality volleyballs and balls for waterpolo and water volleyball. They were just too lazy to get one. (2) In the snack restaurant below the second pool there is a highly aggressive lady that works there. She said very loudly that the restaurant was closing, I was at the final area where there was mustard and mayonaise but no ketchup. I asked her where the ketchup is and she said "WE'RE CLOSED!!". But she didn't mind me using the mustard. When I noticed that in the used tray there were a couple of unused Ketchup sachets I took one and while I reached for the second she aggressively pulled it away shouting that they're closed and she's calling the chef. Then the chef comes and shouts "PROBLEM!!!!" and smashed his fist against the table. I then left as I'm on holiday and I'm don't want to have to deal with that amount of aggression on a holiday. They both should not be working there if they're going to be so aggressive about one sachet of ketchup. They are horrible people and have no idea how to treat customers. There were still 30 customers in the snack bar finishing off when this happened. It was shocking and upset me and ruined the rest of the day for me.

At the check-in there were problems with the room, the solution cost us then nearly one hour. The restaurant is very large, accordingly loud and uncomfortable.
